The tailor-made course prepared by research team of Dokuz Eylul University, Prof. Gül M. Kurtoğlu Eskişar and Dr. Müge Aknur for teaching at Voronezh State University on 15 – 18 October.

This course overviewed the role of culture in the foreign policy formation on security. Then it focused on the cultural analysis of foreign policy decision-making by concentrating on issues such as public opinion, identity, culture, societal groups, government organizations, as well as the psychology of the leaders and leadership styles.

The module was taught to 40 students of the Faculty of International Relations of Voronezh State University.

Apart from lectures and debates the Prof. Gül M. Kurtoğlu Eskişar and Dr. Müge Aknur participate in the Student Forum “International security: perspective of young international relations scholars” on 16-17 October 2019 as experts and tutors of the students and young researchers.
