On April 28, 2021, Kore University’s students have met the Italian Youth Delegates to the United Nations (UN World Programme of Action for Youth organized for Italy by SIOI - Italian Society for the International Organization in cooperation with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation).

On May 18, 2021, Kore University of Enna hosted the on-line POWERS Seminar "POWERS Dialogues" on the topic "Rule of law and security: UN standards and US approaches".

POWERS Network Expert and External experts from US discussed "(Inter)national security and the use of force: a new role for the Security Council?" (Paolo Bargiacchi, Professor of International Law, Faculty of Law and Economics, Kore University of Enna — Italy), "Promoting rule of law worldwide: International law and UN standards" (Thomas Francis McInerney, Executive Director, Rule of Law for Development Program, School of Law, Loyola University of Chicago, IL — United States), "Understanding a common thread?: US approaches to national, domestic, and international security" (Benjamin G. Davis (Ret.) Professor of Law University of Toledo, Ohio — United States).

More than 30 students and Ph.D students of the University of Kore took part in the "POWERS Dialogues".

POWERS Dialogues were organized by Professor Paolo Bargiacchi, Kore Academic Coordinator of the Jean Monnet Network POWERS, and holder of the Chair of Public International Law at Kore University.
